Gymmet Boden is an aesthetically pleasing gym that covers an area of 1,200 square meters . In addition, during the summer we offer an outdoor gym of approximately 500 square meters .
We are open every day, around the clock, which makes it easy for you to find time for training no matter what your day looks like.
The resort has free parking and offers showers, a sauna and changing rooms for convenience.
In our machine park, you will find a wide range of strength training machines from world-leading brands. The machine park is carefully selected to provide as large a range as possible. There are also two lunges, 3 different cable stations with associated pull-ups and a varied range of pull-up handles as well as a dumbbell surface up to 60kg. Furthermore, there are Smith machines, kettlebells and various types of free weight equipment that enable powerlifting, weightlifting, crossfit and strongman.
On the free weight areas, Eleiko's world-leading equipment is available, with competition-approved lifting racks, power racks, competition-approved bars for both powerlifting and weightlifting, technical bars and weights. There are also different types of bars here, such as Hex bar, Safety squat bar and much more. Turf lunges, sleds, tire rollers, climbing ropes, battleropes, rings, air bikes, rowers, kettlebells and other equipment are also available for training.
For cardio, there is a large selection of cardio equipment, including treadmills with ergonomic cushioning. Other machines available include stair machines, regular bikes, watt bikes, spinning bikes, stair machines and cross trainers. No matter what type of training you are looking for, there is something for everyone at Gymmet Boden.
