How do I become a member?
You can sign up for membership online here or at our facilities during our staffed opening hours. You can also pay for a guest/ one-off training session this way.
Can I freeze my membership?
If you present a medical certificate, you can freeze your membership. If you have purchased an annual membership, you can freeze it once (max. 12 months), regardless of the reason. You can do this by emailing us at info@gymmet.nu or coming in during our staffed opening hours.
How do I cancel my membership?
You can cancel your membership by using our cancellation form or by coming in during our staffed opening hours.
What is your age limit?
To sign up for a membership with us, you must be 12 years old. Up to 15 years old, a guardian is required to be present when signing up for membership.
Do you offer student and senior citizen prices?
We offer approx. 20% discount for students and pensioners. See our prices here . To sign up for membership at these prices, you must present a student/pensioner certificate. People over 66 years of age only need to show identification.
Can I resell a membership?
Yes you can, come in during our staffed hours together with the person who will take over the membership and we will arrange a transfer.
How do I get my wellness receipt?
You can download your receipt in the M3fit app. If you do not have a login to the app, you are welcome to email us or come in during our staffed opening hours and we will help you.
How can I pay with my health care allowance?
We at Gymmet are connected to most benefit portals. Search for "Gymmet" in your portal to place an order. You are then welcome to come in during our staffed opening hours to activate your membership.
If you are not connected to any benefits portal, you purchase your membership online or at our facilities and we will then assist you with a full receipt.
