How do I become a member?

You can sign up for membership online here or at our facilities during our staffed opening hours. You can also pay for a guest/ one-off training in this way.

Can I freeze my membership?

If you present a medical certificate, you can freeze your membership. If you have bought an annual pass, you can freeze it once (max. 12 months), regardless of the reason. You can do this by emailing us at info@gymmet.nu or by coming in during our staffed opening hours.

How do I cancel my membership?

You can cancel your membership by using our cancellation form or by coming in during our staffed opening hours.

What is your age limit?

To sign up for membership with us, you need to be 12 years old. Up to 15 years of age, a guardian must be present when signing the membership.

Do you offer student and pensioner rates?

We offer approx. 20% discount for students and pensioners. See our prices here. In order to sign up for membership at these prices, presentation of a student/pensioner's certificate is required. People over the age of 66 only need to show identification.


Can I resell a membership?

Yes you can, come in during our staffed times together with the person who will take over the membership and we will arrange a transfer.

How do I get my health care receipt?

You can collect your receipt inside the M3fit app. If you do not have a login to the app, you are welcome to email us or come in during our staffed opening hours and we will help you.

How can I pay with my health care allowance?

We at the Gym are connected to the vast majority of benefit portals. Search for "Gym" in your portal to place an order. You are then welcome to come in during our staffed opening hours to activate your membership.
If you are not connected to a benefits portal, you purchase your membership online or at our facilities and we will then assist you with a full receipt.
