Suggested dosage:
Loading phase: 4-5 scoops the first few days.
Maintenance dosage: 1-3 scoops, also use on non-training days.
Feel free to mix with water or a carbohydrate drink. Spread the intake over the day. Mornings, before and after training are good times. Drink plenty of water while taking creatine.
