The changing rooms are equipped with showers and lockers, and saunas are available for both ladies and gents.

On our functional surface you will find various types of equipment such as turf, sled, tire roller, climbing rope, battleropes, rings, airbikes, rowers, log press, farmers walk, kettlebells and more.
In the cardio area, there is a wide range of machines, including treadmills, stair machines, cross trainers, stair machines, regular bikes, watt bikes and spinning bikes. Boxing equipment is also available for those who want to train on that front.
