Gymmet Västerås is large and spacious, with an area of 1,650 square meters.
As for training, there is a gym area with strength training machines from well-known brands such as Hammer Strength, Life Fitness, Arsenal Strength, Atlantis, Hoist, Nautilus and Gymleco. Our machines are handpicked from different brands to give you as many choices as possible.
We also have free weight areas for those who want to practice powerlifting, weightlifting and functional training. For those who want to try strongman training, we have equipment such as log press, farmers walk, sledgehammers, lifting yoke and atlas balls. We also have a boxing section with standard long bags, round bags and pear balls.
On our cardio area you will find treadmills, stair machines, 2 different types of cross trainers, stair machines, regular bikes, and spinning bikes to get an effective cardiovascular workout.
We offer changing rooms with showers and lockable lockers, as well as a sauna for both men and women. In our shop you will find clothing and food supplements to help you achieve your training goals.
